- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Mid to advanced knowledge in Windows server support
- Hands-on experience with VMware and Azure Server
- Proven LAN/WAN routing and switching experience
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Server
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical assistance for computer systems
- Design and implement Windows server platforms
- Manage hypervisor environments like VMware and Hyper-V
- Administer cloud platforms such as Office 365 and Azure
- Oversee network infrastructure including VPNs and VLANs
- Handle core directory services including Active Directory
- Lead IT projects and manage helpdesk processes
