Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance
  • Log and manage incidents in the ITSM tool
  • Perform initial diagnosis and resolve issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels
  • Monitor open tickets and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain documentation of user interactions
  • Provide status updates to users on ticket progress
