Responsibilities

  • Assist the IT Location Manager with daily IT tasks
  • Resolve complex technical requests from customers
  • Coordinate with IT teams across multiple countries
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and propose long-term solutions
  • Lead Knowledge Sharing and Customer Enablement activities
  • Organize and facilitate technical meetings
  • Monitor and advise on technical activities at assigned sites
