Responsibilities
- Manage M365 environment for the organization.
- Draft and review IT policies and procedures.
- Monitor systems and security alerts.
- Set up accounts and devices for new users.
- Provide orientation to users on new software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with network and systems.
- Liaise with external IT companies for support.
