Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
- Document training materials and deliver training to users.
- Analyze and document program development.
- Identify gaps in functionalities and propose solutions.
- Support the Product Manager in strategy development.
- Work with IT to define and test minimum viable products.
- Consult with product teams to explore alternative solutions.
