Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1)
Minimum 2 years experience in inventory control
Understanding of FIFO and FEFO systems
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems

Responsibilities

Check incoming stock reports (local and import).
Control lot/batch numbers and ensure orderly storage.
Match incoming and outgoing stock data with systems.
Ensure physical stock aligns with inventory data.
Oversee smooth item disbursement following FIFO & FEFO.
Assist in stock audits and updates to Location Sheets.
Handle stock discrepancies and manage damaged/expired goods.
