- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable internal controls for APAC.
- Partner with teams to embed controls into business processes.
- Develop policies and standard operating procedures.
- Execute risk-based control testing across APAC markets.
- Identify control gaps and provide remediation plans.
- Prepare assurance reports highlighting findings and trends.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across APAC.
