- Experience with Active Directory and DNS

- Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Operate and support hybrid infrastructure environments
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory and DNS
- Support cloud infrastructure across Azure and/or AWS
- Assist with AVD and/or AWS WorkSpaces environments
- Perform server patching and maintenance activities
- Work with observability and SIEM platforms
- Produce clear technical documentation for operational procedures
