Core Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Industrial Design.
- Up to 1 year of experience in NPD or industrial products.
- Ability to work in a 3-shift pattern.
- A sharp eye for color and texture.
- Age between 18 and 35.
Responsibilities
- Develop surface designs that exceed customer expectations.
- Lead quality control for production batches.
- Validate and upload design files to production machines.
- Manage color matching before production runs.
- Collaborate with QC teams to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct re-tests on samples prior to production.
- Bridge design concepts with final products.
