Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in incident management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in ticket handling systems like SNOW
  • Experience in managing high-pressure situations

Responsibilities

  • Manage Sev1, Sev2, and urgent Sev3 incidents end-to-end.
  • Log incidents via SNOW Portal through various communication channels.
  • Lead and steer incident calls until closure.
  • Provide clear updates and communicate ETAs during incidents.
  • Maintain accurate data in MIM/SNOW portal.
  • Publish weekly/monthly dashboards for incident analysis.
  • Recommend and drive process improvements.
