Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in incident management
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in ticket handling systems like SNOW
- Experience in managing high-pressure situations
Responsibilities
- Manage Sev1, Sev2, and urgent Sev3 incidents end-to-end.
- Log incidents via SNOW Portal through various communication channels.
- Lead and steer incident calls until closure.
- Provide clear updates and communicate ETAs during incidents.
- Maintain accurate data in MIM/SNOW portal.
- Publish weekly/monthly dashboards for incident analysis.
- Recommend and drive process improvements.
