Responsibilities

  • Propose inputs for product rules and process flows.
  • Check drafts of product specifications and policy documents.
  • Work closely with IT to monitor system readiness.
  • Facilitate discussions between users and IT teams.
  • Prepare Day 2 approval documents.
  • Manage completion of Day 2 product items.
  • Propose improvements to the implementation process.
