Core Requirements
- Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology, IT, or Management
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Prior internship experience in HR
- Hands-on experience with HRIS is an advantage
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support data migration from the existing HRIS system
- Provide daily operational support for HR activities
- Assist in managing HR and GA activities
- Collaborate with team members on HRIS implementation
- Ensure data accuracy during migration processes
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Participate in project planning and execution
