- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act
- Proven ability in recruitment and compliance management
- Excellent communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Manage HR operational activities including payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for various positions
- Facilitate onboarding experiences for new hires
- Administer performance management cycles
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Act as an advisor for employee relations and conflict resolution
