Core Requirements

At least 3 years of HRBP experience.
Experience in Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia/Philippines.
Background in fast-paced industries like technology.
Excellent command of English; proficiency in Indonesian or Filipino is a plus.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Indonesia and Philippines.
Optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.
Act as a strategic partner to business teams.
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees.
Conduct HR data analysis for actionable insights.
Support business leaders in performance management.
