Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate training programs for employees.
- Populate data into the HRM system.
- Advise employees on benefits and welfare queries.
- Generate HR data reports for stakeholders.
- Support office events and regional HR initiatives.
