Core Requirements
- Legally allowed to work in Sabah.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
- 3-5 years experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to commit to rotational shift work.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations during the hub's start-up phase.
- Track and ensure timely shipment deliveries.
- Manage and hire staff and drivers.
- Handle cash on delivery processes.
- Coordinate operations between hub and warehouse.
- Control inventory and minimize loss risk.
- Maintain compliance with 5S management standards.
