Responsibilities
- Foster a safe and environmentally responsible culture.
- Represent the company in external safety engagements.
- Ensure compliance with governmental HSES regulations.
- Provide guidance on HSES matters.
- Conduct regular inspections for HSES adherence.
- Design and implement safety programs.
- Lead the HSES Team in achieving goals.
- Evaluate safety risks and recommend controls.
- Investigate incidents and report findings.
- Integrate HSES into strategic planning.
