Core Requirements
- Degree in safety discipline or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Philippine legal framework
- Experience in HSE and risk management
- Lead Auditor for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement management plans for HSE
- Provide technical advice and coaching on safety leadership
- Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and client requirements
- Monitor changes to HSE legislation and report to management
- Conduct legal compliance audits and maintain registers
- Facilitate HSE training and awareness programs
- Manage HSE incident reporting and investigation processes
