- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certifications in Workday modules preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday HCM configuration
- Oversee Workday security design
- Manage bi-annual Workday releases
- Design and maintain integrations
- Develop advanced HR analytics reports
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams
- Provide Tier 3 support on system issues
