Core Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
- Experience with HRIS, preferably SAP
Responsibilities
- Manage the employee lifecycle processes
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries
- Handle work visa applications and compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
- Provide HR data analytics and insights
- Assist in the development of HR policies
- Support the setup of new country HR frameworks
