Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or equivalent
- At least 5 years of HR experience
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and project-site staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Monitor attendance and coordinate with payroll teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Serve as HR lead contact for employee concerns.
- Support performance management processes.
- Coordinate staff deployment for various projects.
