Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to the Metro Manila RBU
- Lead employee engagement initiatives
- Manage labor relations and compliance
- Collaborate with leadership teams
- Supervise two direct reports
- Support development of store-level teams
- Participate in events as part of the hybrid setup
