Responsibilities
- Support career development and performance processes for Managing Directors.
- Manage MD life cycle events including onboarding and promotions.
- Collaborate with Global Compensation and Finance teams.
- Contribute to the MD career framework evolution.
- Implement process improvements for MD experience and support.
- Act as point of contact for MD queries regarding employee relations.
- Support change initiatives related to the MD value proposition.
