Responsibilities
- Set up and lead the HR Shared Services Centre
- Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Oversee regional payroll delivery and compliance
- Lead, coach and develop the HRSS team
- Drive process standardization and performance improvement
- Partner with HR, Finance and Technology teams
- Act as escalation point for complex cases
