Responsibilities
- Design and manage talent assessment frameworks.
- Conduct evaluations for skills and competencies.
- Lead structured interviews and assessment centers.
- Deliver insights from assessment data.
- Consult APAC HR teams on talent strategies.
- Facilitate workshops on assessment best practices.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
