Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, HR Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- 7-10 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proven experience in establishing HR for manufacturing plants in Indonesia.
- At least 3 years in an HR managerial role with independent responsibility.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, and Business English.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary owner for all government relationships.
- Develop and maintain HR policies compliant with labor laws.
- Lead the recruitment strategy for factory staff.
- Oversee expatriate management and onboarding.
- Establish relationships with local labor unions.
- Design the compensation and benefits structure.
- Implement performance management systems.
