- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Manage headcount reports and organization charts
- Analyze HR data and prepare related presentation decks
- Extract and prepare data for annual HR activities
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Work closely with HR Shared Services
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in ad-hoc projects or duties assigned
