- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws
- Experience managing employment contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end shared services support across HR functions
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
- Manage employment contracts for employees
- Oversee work pass applications and renewals
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
- Provide guidance on contract and work pass matters
- Monitor compliance with employment regulations
