- Provide HR solutions to business leaders

- Report on HR matters to HR Lead and Business Leaders
- Resolve legal or industrial relations issues
- Conduct investigations on HR-related matters
- Analyze business needs and provide HR solutions
- Liaise with HR Lead on HR-related business issues
