Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
- 5+ years experience in HR technology roles
- Experience with SAP or VnResource
- Knowledge of labor laws in Vietnam
- Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Manage HR system architecture and infrastructure
- Lead digitization of HR policies and SOPs
- Re-engineer manual HR processes for digital workflows
- Design and manage HR dashboards and reporting
- Coordinate with HRIS vendors and stakeholders
- Drive change management for system enhancements
- Provide training and support for HR systems
