Core Requirements

  • Minimum 15–20 years of experience in product management, sales, or business development
  • Leadership experience in Oil & Gas or technical solutions
  • Experience with complex tenders and EPC projects
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall product strategy and sales performance.
  • Develop divisional business plans and sales strategies.
  • Define growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead sales strategies and oversee tendering processes.
  • Build relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Oversee product lifecycle, from introduction to phase-out.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
