  • Expert understanding of SaaS metrics
  • Skilled in using CRM platforms
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales organization
  • Design and optimize sales processes and KPIs
  • Partner with Customer Success and Marketing teams
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Manage forecasting and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams
