Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in large-scale production management.
- Strong understanding of quality management and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, or ERP/SAP software.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute production strategies.
- Ensure efficient production planning to meet market demands.
- Oversee resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Manage production assets and inventory.
- Create a cohesive and disciplined workplace environment.
- Lead team recruitment and development for succession planning.
