- Familiarity with Web3 and FinTech.
- Law degree (LL.B) from a well-regarded institution.
Responsibilities
- Develop the company’s legal strategy.
- Provide strategic legal advice to the executive team.
- Lead and oversee deal transactions.
- Manage complex contract negotiations.
- Oversee legal framework for token offerings.
- Develop crisis management strategies.
- Represent the company with regulators.
