Core Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Identity Engineering or IAM.
- Expertise with modern IDPs, preferably Okta.
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
- Experience with Terraform for identity infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Tide’s Identity strategy end-to-end.
- Set standards for authentication and access governance.
- Manage and modernize the Identity ecosystem.
- Integrate applications with advanced access controls.
- Shape architectural decisions in identity management.
- Drive automation in identity operations.
- Develop and mentor the Identity Engineering team.
