Core Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in finance.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.
- Experience with internal controls and risk management.
- Ability to lead teams and make strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies.
- Lead and manage the finance team.
- Handle daily financial activities including budgeting.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Ensure timely vendor payments.
- Manage cash flow and working capital.
- Monitor budget realization and prepare financial reports.
