- Knowledge of budget management.
Responsibilities
- Shape workplace and real estate strategies.
- Lead workplace transformation projects.
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance.
- Engage with landlords and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports.
