Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7-10 years of accounting experience
- 5 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of PSAK standards
- Experience with cost accounting and inventory management
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle accounting activities.
- Manage monthly and annual closing processes.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
- Perform bank reconciliations and inventory checks.
- Ensure tax compliance with the Tax team.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Develop accounting SOPs and internal controls.
