Core Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 12–18 years in operations leadership roles
- Experience with multiple sites and contracts
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain management
- Engineering or MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the O&M division and define operational standards.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including mobilization and renewals.
- Oversee multi-site operations across various geographies.
- Take full responsibility for site-wise P&L.
- Implement standard operating procedures across all sites.
- Lead new contract mobilization and readiness.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and manage performance reviews.
