- Experience in at least 1-2 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer production support on Oracle HCM products.
- Diagnose and resolve functional issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in training and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Mentor junior staff members in best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation for the technical processes.
- Conduct functional testing based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to understand and meet their needs.
