Responsibilities
- Lead implementation phases including discovery and design
- Deliver functional solutions across various HCM modules
- Develop and validate configurations and workflows
- Guide clients through best practices and process improvements
- Build relationships with stakeholders and technical teams
- Provide thought leadership and troubleshoot issues
- Travel for customer engagements as needed
