- Support inquiry management for group bookings.
- Generate proposals and quotations for clients.
- Cross-sell hotel properties when primary choice is unavailable.
- Maintain accurate data entry in sales systems.
- Follow up with customers to enhance bookings.
- Communicate booking statuses effectively with stakeholders.
- Deliver necessary documentation to clients and hotels.
