Core Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry
- 5 years of experience in chemical testing
- 3 years of group management experience
- Knowledge of ISO requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Support and evaluate subordinates
- Plan and organize team workload
- Inspire and guide technical staff
- Identify and implement technical improvements
- Control working processes of the technical team
- Collaborate with sales and project teams
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Maintain laboratory equipment
- Ensure HSE regulations are met
