Core Requirements
- 5–7+ years of design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related fields
- Strong portfolio of merchandise and packaging
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Solid understanding of materials and production workflows
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design merchandise and packaging
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines
- Deliver print-ready artworks for production
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
- Review and refine designs from other designers
- Work directly with printers to ensure quality
- Translate business briefs into design solutions
