Responsibilities
- Own service delivery for top 20 clients
- Drive execution through Ops Managers and Leads
- Run daily/weekly SLA breach reviews
- Support KAMs with operational inputs
- Strengthen weak links in the delivery chain
- Eliminate handoff gaps in operations
- Ensure commitments made to clients are executable
