  • Own service delivery for top 20 clients
  • Drive execution through Ops Managers and Leads
  • Run daily/weekly SLA breach reviews
  • Support KAMs with operational inputs
  • Strengthen weak links in the delivery chain
  • Eliminate handoff gaps in operations
  • Ensure commitments made to clients are executable
