Core Requirements
- Law degree(s) (JD / LLB / LLM or equivalent)
- Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction
- 10+ years of substantial litigation experience
- Understanding of global regulatory and privacy laws
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all litigation matters globally
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IP strategies
- Serve as a strategic legal advisor to the Board
- Monitor global patent landscapes and competitor filings
- Manage a global legal budget and external firms
- Develop policies for legal risk management
- Oversee all legal matters across global jurisdictions
