Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Calculate and verify Net Asset Value (NAV).
- Lead accounting for complex property transactions.
- Manage processes for investor capital calls and distributions.
- Oversee fund-level banking activities and reconcile accounts.
- Track capital expenditures and manage fixed assets.
- Act as primary contact for auditors and tax preparers.
