Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or economics
- 1-2 years of experience in fund administration
- Knowledge of asset management and investment accounting
- Understanding of IFRS
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and set up new funds into the accounting system.
- Prepare NAV reporting including trial balances and reconciliations.
- Calculate performance fees and manage client invoicing.
- Draft financial statements in accordance with audit standards.
- Facilitate annual audits and communicate with auditors.
- Maintain shareholder/investor register and process transactions.
- Assist in day-to-day fund operations and client service.
