We are seeking a full-stack software engineer to design and implement a real-time production management application. The ideal candidate will have experience with .NET, SQL, and React or WPF.

Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of software design and development experience
- Functional knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Experience with C# / .NET and SQL
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions.
- Lead technical design and implementation for complex features.
- Refactor and modernize existing codebases.
- Collaborate with Product Management and QA teams.
- Work in an Agile environment to deliver value iteratively.
- Communicate with global teams across different time zones.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
